Are you ready for us to give you the Blissful Beauty you deserve?

For all orders a standard shipping rate of $10 will apply and $15 for express post. 

Tracking numbers via AusPost will be provided by our team here at Blissful Beauty By Majella.

Orders will be packaged and shipped with a matter of urgency however we have no responsibility or liability regarding time the package spends with the postal service. Delivery times may be subject to change, especially in high volume periods such as a global pandemic or Seasonal Holidays. 

Returns & Exchange

If you have purchased something that is not satisfactory please contact our team at blissfulbeautybymajella@gmail.com and we can issue an exchange or website credit for the same value.

Please note that Sale items are not able to be exchanged or refunded. 

Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense and are non-refundable. We encourage the use of a tracking number to ensure your return reaches our warehouse.

We are unable to issue a refund, credit or exchange if the item(s) does not return to our salon.  

The returning product must be unopened, unused with no visible signs of damage. Original tags and  packaging must be still on the product.

Blissful Beauty By Majella reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange if these terms are not met. Any return that is damaged or incomplete will be sent back to the customer, in the condition received, at the customers expense. 

Returns must be lodged within fourteen (14) days from purchase date.
